Excellent experience. i am a workamper and needed the AC on my RV repaired quickly since I am living in it for the summer. We called yesterday and had an appointment for 1 pm today. They replaced our AC and had us back on the road in 30 minutes. We have owned our RV for almost 2 years and have have had numerous warranty issues as was the AC. It has been serviced by at least 3 different dealers and no one has offered the efficient and courteous service that Mt Joy RV Sales offered us today. If the need arises while we are here, we would not hesitate to call them again. We have already shared our experience with a camper at the campground where we are working. Thank you Mt. My wife and I purchased our very first RV about 2-3 months ago. Our purchase was a 2008 Palomino Pony 283 Pop Up. We knew absolutely nothing about RVs. We had looked at other dealers who seemed irritated with our questions and one dealer refused to open the RV so we could check it out. We found Jason and Mt. Joy RV via the internet, gave him a call and we were very pleased with the way he and his staff treated us. Jason took the time to answer all our questions and show us each feature on the pop up and how they worked. He helped us open and close the unit so we would fully understand how it worked. Jason and his staff treated us as is we were buying the most expensive RV on the lot. We are so thankful we found Mt Joy RV. We will definately return there when it is time to upgrade.

We purchased our 25 ft Prowler and couldnt be happier with it. It has a rear kitchen and a slide out. This is our second travel trailer. We have already taken it out twice and will be going out again this weekend. It has lots of room and we love it. Our whole purchasing experience was great at Mt Joy RV.
